We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. I looked in the mirror and decided i missed you
You know how to use layers, right?
Well, when you copied the layer for the reflection and flipped it, you can also add the "ripple" effect by adding a blur. Go to the top menu [you know, where it's says File, Edit, etc.] and go Filter>Blur>Radial Blur.
You should slide it up [I think the default is 10] to above 35, depending on how you want it to look. I like to use it over 50, but I don't use reflections in my art, just graphics from time to time. Oh, and make sure for "Blur Method" you picked "Spin" and, of course, use "Best" for quality.
